the summer made a little appearance this weekend.
which was nice because of all the rain and the rain and the rain
we dealt with in the past days. I hope that I can finally leave
the umbrella to the cat. lea would appreciate it much more
since she adores gadgets of all kind (unless she is scared
because she thinks that “it” is much more powerful than she is).

today I had a little photo shoot with the lovely joerdis whose work I already presented right here. I like the way she sees things and gives you some suggestions without pushing you too hard. by the way I have finished my illustration and I have to say: I’m quite relieved. coming soon…

it was not that easy to chose these photographs, simply because there are so many that speek to me. jördis anderson (who works as a communication designer in berlin) has really a keen sense of colors and shapes. half an year ago, she was so kind to offer me some pictures for my illustration portfolio. I instantly had in mind which kind of pictures I was going to make…the result was a little series with floral elements on a quite time-consuming background (yes, these bubbles were like a little holiday in the land of obsession, literally).
anyway, I highly recommend you a little visit on be a good girl, the portfolio site of jördis, and don’t forget to take a look at her brandnew book I think of moments, not of sights.
